Description
This vibration measurement and analysis instrument is manufactured by Adelix. It performs amplitude, frequency and speed measurements on one channel and is used to diagnose the condition of mechanical equipment. Compact and easy-to-use; it is applicable in scientific work as well as equipment monitoring, and the built-in software makes data management and report generation simple. Signal spectrum analysis allows diagnosis of imbalance, misalignment and abnormal component wear. Measurement is rapid and no prior preparation is needed.
These devices are widely used for real-time monitoring, allowing the prediction of equipment failure and the avoidance of unscheduled down time. Their application is very wide but includes, for example, gears, turbines, generators, pumps and engines. Individual components and entire machines can be monitored.
Features and functions of the device:
- Comprehensive condition diagnosis.
- Fast Fourier transform analysis.
- Displays RMS and peak values.
- Vibration changes can be tracked over time.
- Battery operation.
- Easy and Intuitive use.
- Dust and moisture resistant.
The introduction of vibration meters will allow:
Introducing vibration monitoring into maintenance schedules will promote increased reliability and service life of equipment, with early fault detection, minimal unplanned down-time and reduced costs.
