Description
Ultrasonic thickness gauge ADL-UT20 works with any separately combined transducers as well as high-temperature transducers operating in the range 2.5 MHz to 10 MHz. It provides highly reliable results in laboratory, workshop and field conditions.
This device is built on a modern electronic base, equipped with a bright color screen and built-in memory for storing settings and measurements.
This model has a simple, intuitive interface.
Supplied in shockproof case provides dust and moisture protection to IP-54 in various operating conditions and resistance to drops from heights up to 2 meters.
This ultrasonic thickness gauge is ideal for use in the rapid measurement of metal and non-metal products such as: sheets, tanks, pipes, pipelines, bridges, ships’ hulls and other structures, both during and outside periods of operation, to determine the extent of any corrosion present etc..
Widely applicable to energy, metallurgical, machine building, shipbuilding, transport and other industries.
FEATURES OF ULTRASONIC THICKNESS GAUGE ADL-UT20:
- high sensitivity;
- convenience
- simple interface;
- manual and automatic sensitivity adjustment;
- measuring ranges from 0.8 to 300 mm;
- connectable to any standard, separately-combined transducers;
- connectable to high-temperature converters up to 350° С;
- convenient calibration by thickness or by speed and the saving of calibrations in the device memory;
- results can be saved and transferred to a computer;
- bright color screen;
- memory can hold more than 5000 measurements;
- built-in Li-on battery provides up to 9 hours of operation.
- dust and moisture protection to IP 54.
The gauge provides information about the battery level. When turned off, the device remembers the settings for the transducer (correction of the zero setting, gain, set ultrasonic speed in the material and levels). This device also allows the setting up of transducers by establishing their metrological characteristics and saving them.
One of the advantages of the device is utilisation with specialised high-temperature sensors, which allow one-sided measurement of products with a surface temperature of up to 350°C.
Metal pipes or tanks can be measured without taking them out of service and metal bars and cast products can be measured while still cooling.
