Shear pins

Description

Shear pins for use with portable shear pin-type hardness testers (often called portable Brinell testers, these do not actually comply with the Brinell hardness test as defined in either ISO 6506 or ASTM E10).

These precision pins are manufactured from material of a specific tensile strength to give reliable results when used with this type of hardness tester. Each box is supplied with an appropriate conversion chart see “Example conversion chart” tab.

Pin diameter is 4mm, length is 19mm.
