Our range of Rockwell hardness reference blocks fully conform to both ISO 6508 and ASTM E18 and are supplied with UKAS certificates of calibration.

These Rockwell hardness blocks are available in a full range of scales and hardness values, they feature low uncertainty of measurement and a high-quality finish for ease of use.

We use steel supplied to our specific requirements, produced to order just for us if required. The majority of the manufacturing process is controlled entirely in house and the blocks are calibrated on master machines at least as accurate as any National Standard Rockwell hardness calibration machine found in National Laboratories around the world.

Steel blocks are 65mm x 65mm x 15mm approximately, others are 50 x 50 x 6 approximately.
