Vickers hardness reference blocks – certified

Our range of Vickers hardness reference blocks fully confirm to both ISO 6507 and ASTM E92 and are supplied with certificates of calibration from a UKAS-accredited laboratory.

These blocks are available in a full range of scales and hardness values, they feature low uncertainty of measurement and high quality finish for ease of use.

We use steel supplied to our specific requirements, produced to order just for us if required. The majority of the manufacturing process is controlled entirely in house and the blocks are calibrated on master machines at least as accurate as any National Standard Brinell hardness calibration machine found in National Laboratories around the world.

Blocks are 50 x 50 x 6 mm approximately.
